Restaurant that serves Smoked Meat

So I run a restaurant where we smoke all of our own BBQ meats which right now is fairly basic, Pork Shoulder,Ribs,Chicken,Turkey,Sausage. I am considering getting started with competition cooking and I want to take SambaPOS with me so I will be using a Tablet system.

I cant wait to get started so I thought I would ask if there is anyone else that visits this forum that has done competition BBQ? It is very popular in the USA specifically the Southern States. Big money is involved and A LOT of people come to these competitions.

Wish they were popular in UK, love a good BBQ, weather is to unreliable here, can guarantee if you arrange any kind of BBQ in advance it will rain, dont think Ive ever been to one that was planned more than a day or two in advance LOL and can guarantee Ive been invited to allot more that were and never happened because of weather.
