Restoring original database sample Sambapos 5.16

I tried uninstalling and installing again but still have the changes I made

You need to create a new database in SQL or delete the current one.

Change the database name in connection string and samba will recreate a new one with that name or login to SQL with SQL manager app and delete the database (while samba is closed - and when opened samba will recreate)
