Restrict User but allow adding products?

Is it possible to allow a user to add products without giving them access to change Actions, Rules, Printers etc.

No that is not possible right now. It might be possible in future through the API. @emre any comment on that?

Any update on this feature or at least restrict the settings page. I dont like the fact that the database password is clear to see for anyone who has access to edit products, prices etc.

Nothing yet but it’s on his list. I would imagine we may see something with version 6
