Restriction User Open Same Table At The Same Time

Dear All Kindly help me to resolve this Issues,
Restriction on one user can open Table at one time. When one table is accessed by one user, other users cannot Access or open it. untill First User Close Table.

This is already available with 5.3.6 you can find it in User Roles and there is an action for Mark Ticket as Opened and Remove Open Ticket Mark

Put the Mark Ticket as open action in the Ticket Opened rule put the Remove mark in ticket closing rule.
