I am very new to SambaPos and limited in my tecnnical knowledge. Everything was working beautifully, then the switch between POS and Main Screen started slowing down and I was prompted to ‘test rules’. When I did, I got the following message:
[Gift Rule] [:Calculate Price] parameter not defined in [Update Order] action.
[Cancel Gift Rule] [:Calculate Price] parameter not defined in [Update Order] action.
[Void Rule] [:Calculate Price] parameter not defined in [Update Order] action.
[Cancel Void Rule] [:Calculate Price] parameter not defined in [Update Order] action.
I am not aware of changing these but it has been a long night getting this ready. For now, I don’t need the gift rule or void rule so is the quickest option to delete it and then worry about reinstating it when I need it? Or is there a quick fix for this? The current parameter is listed as ‘true’.
Hope someone can help, it is probably a very simple problem to experienced users
