Saba crashes on End Work Period

Hi,

Since the 27th of April the program crashes when we end the work period. The db backup generates correctly, the work period ends correctly but the reports aren’t generated and the program crashes.

There’s no antivirus on the computer, only the built-in Microsoft Defender.

When the work period is ended from the clients (Surface tablets), the program doesn’t crash.

OS: Windows 11 Home Single Language
Version: 22H2
OS Build: 22621.1702

I’ve activated the detailed logging, here are the generated lines when the program crashes:

Any idea of where that could come from?

Those log entries are just normal entries from running SambaPOS.

We will need exception details to try and figure out what is going on. The entry will start with [General Info].

SambaPOS has a pretty good global exception handler. There are some exceptions, however, that cannot be caught. If you can cause the crash but find no exception in the log, please look in the event viewer to see if there’s an entry for the crash and share that with us.
