Samba POS Go Tablet settings Issue

Dear Samba POS Team,

I am using sambapos go tablet and it was working fine till i change some images on tooffice and tried to update the device. then this error comes as below. as you can see MAC address is empty. i tried resetting the device, reinstall the app and many things. still no luck. please help.

Are you using 4G network USB stick for your internet by any chance?

No i don’t. i am using a router

For some reason your MAC address isnt resolved. Its probably because of some network issue or your network adapter.
