I followed the tutorial for SambaCard …
Everything OK but Account Details button is disable
I erase everything and start from the scratch … the same …
I downloaded SambaCard.sdf and the same thing happend …
The difference is that the account came with the sdf file work perfect
but when i create new card, Account Details button is disable !!!
Look with your eyes 
and as i can see generaly Account Details button is disable everywhere …
Is there any transactions in the account?

That button appears deactivated when there is no account assigned to selected entity. Please be sure you’ve created or assigned account for that entity. Edit entity and click create account if you didn’t do so.
