when i saved the settings and tried to send orders im not seeing any orders popping up in the delivery screen…i tried to reopen sambaIn but it keeps on crashing everytime and gives me this error…
can sambapos Team , help with this?

everytime i go under settings the sambain app crashes, i tried unistalling it and reinstalling it but still same problem

do you have message server installed properly?
Without a screenshot, it is very difficult to troubleshoot just by your description, because your perspective can be deceiving, and you might overlook things that otherwise is obvious to someone else.
but with what we have now, I can suggest a few things for you to try.

Check the version you have, the latest version should be 1.0.28

Chek the setting you have, it should be something similar to what I have below:

Try a clean install of SambaIN, include delete anything in
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Sambapos
There should be at least one cofig file for user settings
Then you shouldn’t be crashing out just by opening SambaIN and put the correct settings in.

this is wat im getting, i dont know what im doing wrong, all the settings are under Online order, im not doing any deliveries its only pickup…

i did that ,thats why i was able to edit the settings to the one im showing you, then i saved them… no orders showing in sambapos and when i went back to open sambain it gives me the same error then when i go under settings it crashes
