[SambaPOS 3] Caller ID Issue - CTI Comet USB

When i select CTI Comet USB Caller ID and Click on Save Button this error will show

After Restarting the SambaPOS this error show

please tell me what i do

Click on the Settings link to the right of the Caller ID Device to show us what you have entered there.

V4 working Fine
but V3 not working why
Restating many time but same error

I’m surprised V3 had Comet support. This is probably a bug with comet implementation. You may consider your options to use V4 instead.

I don’t understand what kind of help you’re asking for. You can simply fix that if you’re able to make changes on V3.
