Upgrade to latest version then try.

installing with the latest version seems to have worked for now, will update if it happens again. thanks for your help. Can anyone figure out why the crash happened in the first place?

Hard to say without Emre’s eyes.

Seems to be some error relating to loading a Module, of which there are many.

Could be a bug, but more likely some type of corruption that was not trapped in 5.1.60.
