I follow https://kb.sambapos.com/en/8-7-sambapos-go-tablet-setup/ this guide. But It can’t working. sometine network error someting nothing show.

Hello @sithu015,

You can not use GO Tablet App on your own database without having SambaPOS V5 Pro and GO Tablet licenses in your cp.sambapos.com account. However you can use it as Demo by connecting to our Demo Server.

Thanks you for your answer. But I have both licenses and running database and system.

Alright then if you follow the mentioned document step by step, you will complete the connection successfully;
I see that your application name and user name is wrong (they are both supposed to be exactly gotablet) So basically go through the document very carefully please.
