10 GB data size is a bit big. How old are your database ?
And please give percent growing to your data file. Not only 1 MB.

Looks like your running out of space. Maybe archive part of the database or upgrade it.

What is the use for report temp? If I use metrik is there a way to remove the transaction to that table?

You are on version 4 which we no longer support the current version is 5. It looks like you have an issue with the ticket number format. Figure out what you did to ticket numbers that is your issue.
