SambaPOS MC3 order added rule event

Hello guys,

Our prices are based in us dollars because our local currency keeps changing because of inflation, so we price our items in usd and then multiply them with the exchange rate.

So in the New order Adding Rule i have an update Order action with Price: [=Order.Price*{EXCHANGE RATE:USD}]
And its working great on the server and terminals, everytime an item is added it automatically multiply the price with the exchange rate.

The problem is with the SambaPOS MC3 app because when i take an order there i get the us dollar price not the price multiplied by the exchange rate like the server and the other terminals.

So any suggestions?

That rule will not work in mc3. It is a different platform and not all rule events will work. Honestly I’m not sure if that can be done on mc3.

You may need to use windows tablets and full Sambapos.

Any recommendations for good and small windows tablets?

I’m a big fan of the Surface Go tablets, I use several of them for this use case.

I would recommend not using ultra low spec atom chips.
