Upgrading to 5.3.6 should resolve that.

Let me give it a trial. Thanks

I have tried it still not loading.

Are you using any custom scripts or email automations?

If you still need help please email support@sambapos.com

I did that and In fact Nizam shared a link with me which I tried but all proved abortive.
Here is the link:Could Not Establish Trust Relationship For The SSL/TLS Secure Channel.
But I discovered that the two clients are working fine.

No…I did use any scripts nor email automation…

Maybe it’s something at your isp?

But the pc is working offline.

Is there a way code can be use to simulate and find the root cause…

My guess it the site you’re trying to access is using a version of TLS that is not configured in SambaPOS (SSL3, TLS1, TLS1.1, TLS1.3). That or the certificate has expired (or both).

This site will give you all the info you ever wanted to know about a SSL connection.
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/

See if TLS1.2 is available.

That is probabably why. Is it a legitimate sambapos license? Maybe it’s trying to authenticate license but it’s offline.

Yes…it is legitimate license from sambapos.

When trying to login via the market with no connectivity, a different set of exceptions are thrown and only in the log; no feedback is given.

From what I recall, SambaPOS fails silently as far as licensing is concerned when there’s no internet connectivity.

The exception thrown in his post leads me to think that his terminal was able to connect to some remote host, but for some reason the handshake failed.

There’s internet on the system now.

sorry, didn’t get that

edit:

Also, could you tell us when this happens, and what you’re trying to do before the crash. Thanks.

I was there but according to the manager, he was trying to add Additional reports printer and had to create another server …but I don’t think that could be enough reason for the system to thrown an exception error.

Was he trying to add a URL printer? What does he mean by having to add another server?

Is this repeatable? If so, perhaps you could record the steps so maybe it can be repeated for testing.

THere should never be a reason to create a server just to add a report printer… please explain deeper what you mean. I dont see how it would be related but we are missing something here. Some evidence has not be provided yet.
