SAMBAPOS V5 - I have paid for version 5 but not able to ACTIVATE

My staff have done ‘something’ on the POS terminal where now I cannot ACTIVATE SAMBAPOS-5 any further.

The option is GREYED out as an option, and I get a persistent POP UP telling me to reactivate the Version.

I have downloaded the latest upgrade (June 2016) hopjng this may fix it to no avail.

HELP!!!

Goto sambamarket.com my products then try clear license key

Uninstall license. Login using login top right.

Clear keys on sambamarket.com

Install license, restarting samba

Activate

Hello.

  1. Logoff on Market Screen by clicking on user name and shutdown SambaPOS.
  2. Login to sambamarket.com
  3. On My Products page click “Clear License Keys” button.
  4. Start SambaPOS and login to Market screen.
