Select Customer Button is Missing?

Version 4 V4 Question

On the ticket screen I can no longer see the ‘Select Customer’ button.

On the entity screen I can create a customer but also do not get a button to ‘Select Customer’

Any Ideas?

Check Ticket Types > Ticket > Entity Type List screen if entity types listed properly or not.
