Is there anyway to send Email report by create a button in the report page and just click send anytime instead of waiting for end of the day to send?

Not on report page you won’t but should be able to do from anywhere else a button/command can be placed.

You can make custom navigation screen (main menu) and add a custom button there to do whatever you want it to do.

And follow similar flow to sending on wp end but instead of wp end event for rule use automation command event.
