Is there a way to print reports based on the sales of each individual server with a breakdown of what was sold by each server for their shift without allowing the server access to ALL the sales information?

I don’t believe this is possible at this time. We need to wait for the Custom Report Designer which is on the To-Do list.
Alternatively, for now, you can run any kind of report you want using SQL
