Serial Number of tickets is not being reset in the new day with new shift

I have a big issue as when I start a new day with new shift period , the ticket serial number continued the serial of the previous day instead of generating new One, anyone can help me in this and how do I adjust it ??

If you want a resetting number you will need to automate that. The ticket number or ticket id does not reset. Search for ressetting ticket number there are tutorials for that.

This has been discussed at least half a dozen time in the last year alone… Try using the search function on the forum…
