Hello ,i have added a service charge button to payment screen, include tax not ticked, the button works fine, Payment screen shows Total, shows tax and service not included in tax. But When printing, this is where the issue starts. Service charge is applied automatically to both tax rates when printing. Service charge or tips are taxed 21% in this country, so either to have it at 21% or not at all. So…
How it should be shown - S/C excluded from tax
Product A (21% rate tax) = $100 (base 82,64 and tax 17,36, Total 100)
Product B (12% rate tax) = $100 (base 89,29 and tax 10,71, Total 100)
TOTAL is $200
Add 10% service charge ($20)
Total w Service charge $220
But Ticket Print is Showing Taxes like its added the service charge full amount to both taxes.
21% rate = $100 (base 99,17 and tax 20,83, Total 120)
12% rate = $100 (base 107,14 and tax 12,86, Total 120)
How do i completely exclude the servis charge from taxes or limit it to 21% only?
