Service Charge Disappears on Merging tables

Hi All,

I am using the version 5.3.6, i setup service charge for one of my customer. They noticed that when they merge tables together, the service charge disappears. I don’t know why this is happening.

I had to put the Manual button(For Service Charge) to correct this, but they sometimes forget to add it manually.

Please is there anybody who has experienced this? And has resolved this issue?

Unless it’s changed recently usually merging tables with calculations doesn’t apply because of the calculation.
Do both tickets have identical calculation?
What type is it? Value or % calculation?

No the tickets do not have identocal calculations.
Its % Calculation for the Service Charge.
