Set up caller ID with a choice of different departments

Hi

I’ve finally got my cti comet caller id and its fantastic. Just wondering if anyone can help me on this one issue.
I currently have 2 departments. One for eat in with tables and the other for takeout (with ticket tag choices of collection and walk in… Just for the takeout department)

Is there anyway to set the caller id so that I can pick up the call and decide which department? Sometimes I have customers who call up to pre order food.
The only solution I can think of which is not ideal, which is to male a 3rd ticket tag for my delivery department called eat in. But this would mean I can’t assign a table.
