Hey I have updated my settings, or at least I think I have but every time I go to print this is the message that I am getting:
There is a problem while printing. Check printer and printer template settings.
Error Message:
The given port name does not start with COM/com or does not resolve to a valid serial port. Parameter name: portName
Can you check if you have a another windows printer setup to use the same port. can you also check/change the port in the printers settings.
I do not understand what you mean
Can you confirm how many printers you have setup under Devices and Printers,

There are 9 including the thermal printer.
A Port Printer is a COM/serial printer, or possibly Com-emulated USB.
Use the Printer Name as it appears in Windows and in SambaPOS this is a Ticket Printer, unless you know for sure that you have a COM/port Printer (i.e. Pole Displays are usually COM, but thermal printers are not).
