'Settle' tab not visible

That would not cause a hang. Yuou must have other automation. That’s just the default close ticket.

Which screens will give you a overview of whats wrong?

Does it hang on the Ticket Screen or the Payment Screen?

Do you have any Calculations configured in Tickets > Calculations? Show them if you do.

Show Rules with Actions expanded for:

  • Ticket Closing Rule (Ticket Closing event) (NOT the same as “Close Ticket Rule”)
  • Ticket Payment Check (Before Ticket Closing event)

No calculations have been configured.
It does not hang now, but the ticket does not get closed. I am either stuck at the payments screen or the ticket screen. But the bill gets printed and settled.


What are the actions required for a Close Ticket rule??

Login as admin and show screenshot of a paid ticket that is still open.


There is no paid open ticket to show.

Ok so click details and copy the actual error here so we can see it. Looks like you still have some transaction stuff messed up. Nothing is getting paid.


Next time Copy the text and paste it here I can barely read that.

So it seems you have still got transaction types still messed up.

Sorry for the trouble. How do i rectify the messed up transaction types?
