Check navigation module action, pretty sure we got that in there.
You need to set peramiter but can’t remember the format, has been asked in the last week or so.

This was the first thing available in v5. Navigate action does this.

Well this is not working for me

You have to set a parameter. Tell it what screen to go to.

Still doesnt seem to be working. I’ve set the parameter to the name of an entity screen

It works it’s my main way I navigate in my setup.

Well are their any constraints? Can A ticket be open in the current pos screen with orders?

No a ticket can’t be open. You can automate close ticket into it though.

Still isnt working :frowning:

Goto Entity Screen action looks like this

And the entity screen

Ohhh! it seems to have worked, but also crashed the program :frowning2:

Something is setup wrong on your end it works fine I’m using it right now with multiple different screen types.

That error says entity selected event.

Ok well this was going to be my flow:
Entity Changed -> check if the entity exists,
if not

  • Cancel all orders
  • Close ticket
  • call an automation command to fire

Automation command fires

  • Navigate Module action(Parameter:Search by name)

So first just test a basic navigate action automation then test your flow and you may need to put a delay in the navigate part via execute automation commands action.

BTW we had no clue you were doing that so saying it won’t work without explaining how your using it will lead to bad advice from forum.
