Software Based Cash Drawer

Hey guys, I know there’s a few topics already open regarding cash drawers but I couldn’t find the info I was looking for.

I have an old POS system by Triniteq. I’ve got everything else set up, printers working etc but I cant get the cash drawer to open. Looking through the old system I found that it executes a program that kicks the drawer. I have the program isolated and when I open it, it opens the drawer.

What I need is a script that will execute that program, anyone know how to do this?

I’m using V3 by the way, old system is using windows xp so I can’t use V4.

I’ve already read that, it doesn’t help me. I need a script or another way to execute the program that opens the drawer.
