Looks like you messed with currencies. SambaPOS does not use a default currency so delete currencies you may have made then restart.
Yes i delete currency because Acount Payment button was dissapeard.
As soon as I delete currency button came back but gives me this error.
I restarted the programm but nothing fixed …
You probably messed with payment types as well. Its going to be hard to help you unless you tell us what you did.
nothing more than i describe in previous message.
I just only wanted to enable Account Payment Button …
Do you want any screenshots ?
By default SambaPOS does not have that error so you changed something. We need to know what you changed. It looks like you messed with Currency and possibly Payment Types…
Yes i know that but if you create currency the button dissapears …
Why would you be creating a currency? Do you accept foreign currencies?
No, that was a mistake …
and now i pay for it …
What did you change with Payment Types?
that’s the problem, i didn’t change anything, only delete the currency … i swear !!!
i load my Backup … delete the currency
and happend the same thing …
anyone has any other idea ???
Half way solution …
You must go to Accounts-Accounts and to Accounts Transaction Types
and delete currency …
but when you do it you loose payment buttons except Close !!!
You have deleted payment types.
Take a screenshot of your Settings > Tickets > Payment Types screen
And also show us the Settings > Accounts > Transaction Types
So you renamed them…open each payment type up and show us your General Settings for each one.
If you made any other changes to Accounting we need to see that too even if you renamed something.
All the Way solution
Step1 ) Re Create the Currency !!!
Step2 ) Delete Currency
Step3) LogOff
EVERYTHING WORKS LIKE A CHARM !!!
crazy haaaa
So thank you all for once more … keep up the good work …
