I want to track item sales but it shows nothing. What problem could be?

Yes, I sold a lot things yesterday and not shows these.
Can you show those tickets?
Double click the sambapos icon in upper left and then screenshot the titlebar that shows version and paste that here so we know what version your using.
Did you close work period?
Yes. I closed work period yesterday and now it’s 2nd working period.
OK can you show your products screen. Are you using recipes?
Here is products screen. I’m using recipes but not configured completely yet.
*Note. I don’t use recipes for food. I use it only for individual products that we sell.
Finally I found solution. You answered it in another topic. All my tickets was pre-order and that’s why couldn’t track item sales. Thank you a lot.
