There is no multi-language support yet, there is not a native Apple app yet. You can however install it on Windows 8 tablets.

Customers tickets and I want to enlarge the kitchen line in the invoice and change the design of the invoice
The Ticket or Bill printing is completely customizable, and yes, you can change font size and have your logo printed on it as well.
