Some simulated input commands were not sent successfully

When I enter the barcode number (any first number) in order page, I receive the message below:

Some simulated input commands were not sent successfully. The most common reason for this happening are the security features of Windows including User Interface Privacy Isolation (UIPI). Your application can only send commands to applications of the same or lower elevation. Similarly certain commands are restricted to Accessibility/UIAutomation applications. Refer to the project home page and the code samples for more information.

Any idea what is this?

This doesn’t sound like anything to do with SambaPOS. Have you got some other software installed that is related to your keyboard, barcode scanner, etc?

Or have you installed Windows Input Simulator which is what comes up when I search Google with your error message.

I have same problem after update. The problem shows at my POS terminal by windows 7 x86. This is a noname POS terminal with touch screen.

And when I use keyboard on SambaPOS on Windows 10 x64 machine - I don’t have this problem. What wrong? I tried to uninstall touchscreen drivers, and disable windows virtual keyboard … Without results…

I don’t understand, what’s worked, but I fixed it.
So, maybe one of this steps works:

  1. Full UAC disable;
  2. Uninstall “Total 360 Security” software;
  3. Disable windows defender and install “Comodo Internet security”
