i would love to add separate printer to print all rooms Sales receipt extra
i have 4 entity Dining/ Bar/ Terrace/ Rooms
only when rooms are selected should the sales receipt print on Printer a is in the restaurant and Printer b is in at the hotel front desk
can some one help me how to get this done PLEASE
Sounds like print mapping is what you need. There’s a tutorial on it from v4 whilst I was browsing
You just need to decide how you are going to split them for the mapping…ticket types, ticket tags, terminals?
Or make a new automation command(s) e.g. “print bar” “print terrace” “print balcony”
Make rules for each one mapped to a printer job. You can add each button to the ticket screen and manually press them. Could even map the AC and rules to make it automatic but you need a way to define each ticket e.g. ticket type or tag
Lots of ways to do it. Think which would suit you best and then post more info.
