Stock take varience report

So we know at the end of the work period we can capture the physical inventory, and the system will adjust the total, can we have a function to select what happens to the stock, I have done it manually so I move the stock to either stock loss warehouse or waste warehouse, but from an accounting side we have to assign what happened to the missing inventory items. so It will be great that when we do a count the system asks us where to allocate the missing stock LOSS OR WASTE with a report

Maybe we could use Program settings, and set the work period opening prediction to a setting, and the closing work period prediction to a setting, and the amount entered on the end of day report to a setting, and calculate the differences?

Any progress made on this suggestions?
