Can I stop the Cashdrawer opening when I pay with credit card?
Yes you can set a constraint Payment Type Equals Cash
Show us your rule that pops the drawer. I need to see what rule event it is on.
If your XCT command is on ticket template you will want to move it to its own print template that way you can have it as a seperate print job/action on its own rule with constraint or using action constraint if preferred.
Would need to see some details of your setup to see how its setup currently.

I have removed XCT command from Receipt Templete. How do I add the constraint
If it was on receipt template you will still need to send the command to the printer,. So you will need a new template with just the xct line, a print job and action to fire it, then what i do is have the open drawer print action on a payment processed rule with constraint of payment type = cash. also this action can then be used for a admin/managerment no sale button to open drawer without a transaction for cashing up etc.
It will be in your payment processed rule most likely for credit card.
You can set a constraint that says something like Payment type does not equal credit card.
