How can I stop voids from printing out? I assume there is a simple way, but I can’t find it.
The kitchen staff don’t speak/read English too well, and on a few occasions now they have made the food item again when a void ticket prints out, thinking that it is a new order rather than cancelling the original order!!
Going and telling the staff verbally is the only way we can make sure they understand.

You change the [ORDERS:VOID] format section on your kitchen orders template.
However, no offence, regardless of if they can read English surely once you tell them that VOID next to order means this surly they don’t have to understand what void means, that can see it on there and know what it indicates LOL
I can’t read Chinese but if I was driving in China someone could point to a STOP sign and tell me in English what it means and I will recognise it when driving.
Anyway little pun over, you could change what comes up for void items, maybe change it to whatever void/cancel is in their language.
