Strange issue: Account Details disabled

This is just happened, it normally works but i don’t know why after creating a member/customer account, the “Account Details” button on Member/Customer Search kept disabled. I have already of course create an account for that member. An entity exist & created for that member.

Found out the problem is there is already left over old Member/Customer Accounts (Accounts->Accounts), make sure after deleting entities you are also deleting the accounts. I apologize for my newbieness :frowning:.
