Basically what I’m trying to do is " New Ticket -> Place Orders -> Put the ticket on hold -> Create a new one -> Place Orders -> Put the ticket on hold -> Create a new one"
And all tickets will be displayed as opened in the “tickets” screen

Basicly is fine if its clear what your doing…
Define hold?
Explain the full senario/workflow
FYI I changed your topic to question, there is nothing here even sugesting an issue with Samba, issues are for bugs not configeration questions
This is default behavior. Just add a customer to the ticket and press close
Or table
Didnt even think of that, was expecting a more complicated question LOL
Am I able to add entity (table) to ticket using an action?
Yes, have you even looked? there is an update entity action which does just that.
Youll need to trigger that action on some event though.
Or Ticket Tag.
To summarize, for you to be able to activate the Close button, the Ticket needs an Entity or a Ticket Tag.
Both of these can be done using Actions.
@ab0udamd, what is so “Important” here? Take that off your Topic Title.
I took it off lol
