Syncing 3 Tablets with main server?

Im in the process of setting up sambaPOS im confused on how I get all the hardware to Sync with each other.

It doesnt sync,
You will setup MS SQL server on a main machine/server;

The last bit shows you how to connect samba installs to the server if you already have SQL running.
You may need to check firewall/network settings if your struggling to connect to the server.

And then each terminal will have samba installed on it with the setting for the database referring to the ‘Server’ (machine with SQL on it) - they run off a central database rather than syncing.

Depending on your tablets you may need to use RDP in order to have samba on them. If they are newer windows tablets you should be able to install samba locally on them, if they are android or ipads you would need to use RDP.

In theory multiple RDP sessions is not possible unless you have a proper server windows with license for multiple sessions. There is a Windows 7 RDP ‘patch’/‘crack’ which allows multiple RDP sessions but this is not endorsed as in theory is against the windows license.
