Tax and Service Charge from Ticket Amount

Hello Team,

Is it possible to done like this ?

The Ticket Amount is $1000
I want to add Tax (5%) to the Ticket Amount ($1000) is $50
I want to add Service Charge (10%) to the Ticket Amount ($1000) is $100

The final amount should be $1150

How to achieve this ?
