Tax not added to bill total for GloriaFood online orders

I’ve set up gloriafood integration ($99) with sambapos with the following guide:

However, only the tickets from orders that are placed through gloriafoods are not adding the tax value to the final amount. I’ve tried checking the box on and off for “Tax Included” in “Manage > Tickets > Ticket Types > Pickup Ticket” but that doesn’t seem to do anything.

After logging out of SambaPOS and logging back in, this fixed it. I unchecked the “Tax Included” box.
