Terminal still showing unregistered trial when other terminals ok

I have a registered version of Sambapos5 running with SQLExpress with multiple terminals. A newly added terminal (windows 10 tablet) connected to the registered DB is still showing the unregistered trial banner at the top. Redid the setting but won’t go away.

Any advise on how to get rid of this trial message is appreciated.

Is the licence module installed on the tablet, beleive all terminals need the module installed but only needs activating once on one machine.

All terminals have to be activated. Did you activate the license on that terminal? After activate did you restart SambaPOS?

Hello Kendash

Thanks for the reply. When you say activate the license on the terminals, do you mean from samba market? I thought as long as I have the SQLExpress server
license activated, the terminals would connect ok… (sorry, I guess I’m confused).

Don’t I have to clear the license before I can activate it on the terminals?
won’t that deactivate the license on the SQLExpress server?

David

I mean start SambaPOS and click on the SambaMarket button then for the module click activate. You still have to activate it on each computer even though you have SQL Express.

1.Install Samba license in all terminals
2.login samba market in main server terminal and click activate.
3. click activate on all other terminals

No it wont it will activate it on that machine. As long as each one is connected to the same SQL Express database it wont unregister anything.
