Terminals and printer problem

My coffe shop customer was using 1 server and 2 ethernet printers until today. The 1st printer is connected to the server and prints drinks and receipts. The 2nd printer prints the food in the kitchen.

Now my customer wanted a new terminal for the bar in the garden. the new terminal sees the menu and sends the kitchen and beverage prints to the old printers.
My problem is that I couldn’t get the printer I connected to the new terminal via usb to print the receipt.

Can you tell me the necessary settings?

I was going through the same drawback, and what I had to do was connect all the networked printers.

How are your network printers setup and how are your printer templates setup? Printer name, ports, shares etc…? Please send screen shot of printer setup.
