Ticket closes when i select entity

I’ve already searched the forum and noticed that this has already happened to someone, but I haven’t found an answer.

Ticket closed after entity selected - no Close Ticket action called

For each ticket i have 2 entities to select: customers and time ( “Orario” ).
when i select the customer no problem in any case, while when i select the time it closes the ticket. can you help me. thanks

I’ve been trying to remember over the last couple of days what, if anything, I did to solve the problem.

I’m sorry but I just can’t remember if there was a solution, or I just used a different db that didn’t have this issue.
