Ticket creation method

Created department and changed the creation method no tables
But i have a problem with print bill button and close button they are not functional. Settle button is ok. On the order the status remains new not submitted.
I will appreciate any help thank

Thats just the stste definition for formatting, state updates are done via automation.

@techsack2030 I think you need to select a entity , with out table or customer it wont close , otherwise try hold ticket tag . click hold it will close
