Ticket Customization problems

i have customized the ticket how i want it and it prints, but the only info that is displayed is the date and time, what could be the problem?

You need to use different section tohav access to different variables have a look at the defautl template with samba

You need to have things in different [SECTIONS] like:

[LAYOUT]

[ORDERS]

[ORDER TAGS]

[ENTITIES]

etc...
