Ticket Discription is missing....HELP!

the ticket Description is missing…please help me

• Close SambaPOS.
• Delete MyDocuments\SambaPOS4\Layout\TicketExplorer.xml file.
• Start SambaPOS.

thx… it’s work… but my customer detail is missing after i delete the file TicketExplorer.xml file.

why?

Right click on column headers, click on Column Chooser. You’ll find missing fields there.
