Ticket Explorer Widget Naming Error: Crash

I may have uncovered a bug through my testing. I am redoing my database in particular departments and entity screens. I was combining my 2 ticket explorer screens into 1 department called Ticket Explorer. Each screen has its own Ticket Explorer with unique widget name so I can save different filters for each screen. I copied widget from Sales Ticket screen and pasted it into Refunds and Aborts screen. I then went to settings to change the widget name so i can save unique filters… when I did it crashed… now I can not enter that screen again to change it… it crashes as soon as screen loads.

It looks like its not supporting names with spaces
EDIT: I have confirmed it is names with spaces like Refund Aborts If I type Refund_Aborts it does not crash.

I don’t know why I’ve published second name property for that.

I’ve fixed the issue. Also I’ll remove Settings > Name. You can use Properties > Name instead. Sorry for that change.

I was wondering that myself when you implemented it. You did the naming so the Filters would stick to unique names… but I am not sure why you did it twice :stuck_out_tongue: I just assumed I had to use the one under Settings for it to remember filters.

Aparently that is what it was. Unless you have changed it to use Properties now… I just named them using properties… took out the name from settings and my filters disapeared. But hopefully I read you correctly and

Means I can just use Properties to do the same thing after next update. Which would make sense why its not working right now.
