{TICKET ID} not printing on receipt

I can’t figure out why the {TICKET ID} isn’t printing out. Can someone help me? Thank you.

The Printing Template with {TICKET ID} tag all the way at the bottom.

Think its because youve put your ticket ID under the customer entity section in the receipt template

you need to move it up your template and put it underneath where your template says “THANK YOU” you ticket ID will then print on you print out under the words THANK YOU
