Ticket not closing at all!

Hi Guys,

Any one able to help please. We closed our restaurant for 4 months and we moved to a new location.

When we started our Samba,we are facing the below issues:

1-Ticket is not closing

2- Screen get frozen with the same ticket

3- Even that ticket cannot be settled.

Please help us urgently as we are doing everything manually now.
