I have a slightly annoying issue with ticket notes printing under every ticket item.
Is there any way to display the note once only at the bottom of the ticket? Guessing I’ve got it in the wrong position somewhere!
Ticket template:
[LAYOUT]
Ticket
Date:{TICKET DATE}
Time:{TIME}
Table:{ENTITY NAME:Table}
Ticket No:{TICKET NO}
Server: {USER NAME}

You put it under [ORDERS] Move it up. Anything under [ORDERS] will be the format for orders.
The [BRACKETS] sections are format sections for the {TAGS} sections.
So in this case you put it in the format section for {ORDERS}
@ryan.tolley sometimes even you close ticket it will appear in next ticket for us, every time i have to delete note text if it comes up … not sure anyone else having same issue ( my ({NOTE} on top of ticket not under orders
I can’t say I’ve experienced this. Do you mean the ticket note is printing on the same ticket?
I’ve actually also made a free tagging order tag.

@gsreddy thats not normal behavior… you must have configured something that is causing that.
